Privacy policy

What data we handle, why, and how you can control it.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

01Who is responsible

QueryBlocks is the controller of the data described in this policy. You can reach us at the email at the bottom of this page.

02Data we handle

We only handle data in these cases:

  • Data you give us: your name, email and whatever you tell us when you write to us or book a call. Scheduling runs on Google Calendar, which receives the details you enter in that form.
  • Technical usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country and where the visit came from.
  • Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser (local storage) so we don't ask again.

03Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Until you accept, analytics and advertising storage stays denied and no tracking cookies are created.

If you accept, Google Analytics measures site usage in aggregate to help us improve it. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.

You can change your decision at any time from the “Change my cookie choice” link at the bottom of this page.

04What we use data for

We use it only to:

  • Answer your enquiries and arrange calls or proposals.
  • Understand what content works and improve the site's performance and usability (only with your consent).
  • Meet legal obligations where they apply.

05Who we share it with

Only with the providers that make the service possible: Google (Analytics, if you accept it, and Calendar for scheduling). These providers may process data outside your country under their own contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

06How long we keep it

Messages and contact details are kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts, plus any further period the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to this property's Google Analytics settings.

07Security

The site is always served over HTTPS and we limit access to the minimum necessary. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident that affects you, we will tell you as required by applicable law.

08Your rights

Depending on the data protection law that applies to you, you can:

  • Access your data and ask for a copy.
  • Correct it or ask us to delete it.
  • Object to its processing or ask us to restrict it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was already done.

09Changes to this policy

If we change something relevant we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know on the site.
